Result Error / Exceptions should include Cloudflare CF-RAY Header ID #233

Been working with support on some api issues and they keep asking us to provide cloudflare "CF-RAY" id which is a returned http header.

Could you update the sdk to return this value in any exceptions so it can be relayed to support?
