Stimulus freeze in EphysCW #717

NM:

I wanted to bring up a bug that we've been noticing occasionally in EphysCW: the mouse will make a correct choice in a trial, but then the visual stimulus will freeze at the center of the screen for the remainder of the trial (until timeout).
