Allow Polls to be configured as recurrent #8

In the settings page of the Poll, add a section that reads "Repeat this poll" with an interface like the attached design. For now, show only two options "none" and "weekly".

If a specific respondent has an ongoing poll with unanswered questions at the time where a new instance of the poll is sent, assume that any response from there on goes always to the latest poll.

Since the recurrence can be other than every week a 'start date' of the recurrence is needed. Ok?

The hour when the poll is started is fixed to 12:30PM or should be configured?

All answers of responders of responders should be shown with submitted date in the answers tab, right?

No need for a start date for now since the Poll can be started/stopped. The time can be changed by clicking on it.

Yes, the date in the answers tab should be the one when the response came in.

If respondent has not finished the poll, but a new iteration is up to start, user should be asked the questions from the first one, or where he was?
