In the list view I can select several records and get bulk decision buttons at the top.
I want to work on selection but by mistake there is also a record waiting for match approval in the list.
This will be a common mistake. Up to now I think I could avoid it.
If I click 'reject' on a journal record waiting for match approval:
First it shows a 'rejected' tag:
In the end it goes to 'Submission halted for curator approval' waiting for a subject. Here I added a subject to make the buttons (right hand side) visible. I don't know what would happen to an arXiv record which has already a subject.
Expected Behavior
It would be best if the bulk-decision buttons would only be there/active if only records waiting for this action are in the list. At least the bulk decisions should not do anything with other records.
