Connect your Streaming device(or smart TV) and mobile to same wifi network, if you don't have router or wifi then enable hotspot mode on your phone and connect your streaming device to your hotspot.
Open the All Screen app on mobile, If your Streaming device(or smart TV) is supported, app will find it and select it. Once casting device is selected, select any media to play on it.

First check if your router supports multicasting, if not we can't help it, you have to uprade your router that supports multicasting

Most of the time device detection issue can be solved by rebooting casting device(Chromecast, appleTV etc)

if above doesnt work for you try rebooting your phone and router also

No rewind, fast forward, this is related to dlna/upnp devices, some smart TV's support these feature but are not fully compliant or is not dlna certified devices, so contact us will try to fix it for your TV.

Choppy video playback, issue is related to network congestion or 1080 videos

Some files are not supported by these streaming device like MKV, avi, in some cases mp4 video also doesn't play please consider contacting us.
