Aim:

Ensure that all notebooks in repo work as Binder

Importance:

Nice to have

TODO:

  • Test that Binder builds
  • Link renv.lock to Binder config
  • Link environment.yaml to Binder config
  • Test all Jupyter notebooks run correctly in Binder instance

Notes:

Stretch goals:

  • Use RStudio?
  • Use Quarto notebooks?
