Clearing State subscriptions

If you clear all state subscriptions, the subscriptions persist until a new subscription is added. Similarly, if you try to remove the final subscription it persists until a new subscription is added.

This is so confusing, thanks to you I was able to clear the subscriptions.

@DPirate I believe it's on the list of things to be fixed, it's just a low priority because the workaround is pretty simple.
