Dealing with missing Infinispan services on OpenShift homepage

While playing around with OpenShift 3.7, I noticed that Infinispan templates might not appear in front page (I've had this issue before). Looking around I realised that at least in 3.7, they might be there, but you need to click on Select from Project and then select openshift to see them.

I've created an issue on OpenShift Origin.

If this also happens in the workshop and the same workaround works, we need to add details to workshop steps.
