JOST BUG - lowercase letter - ų - accent is misplaced on all browsers

Hello, I have found a bug on JOST font.

Actually TWO bugs.

Bugs are related to LITHUANIAN charater letters:

First bug - the font version that is hosted at google fonts displace the ACCENT symbol of the letter capital Ū and lowercase ū. It is shown correctly in firefox but is bugged on chrome, brave, etc.

However when I tried to use the font from

Then I find that instead another character is bugged in ALL browsers that I tried - lowercase ų (which is alright in google version)
