documentation issue: Links to "quickstart with example usage" are broken

There are quite a few pages in the documentation which refer to the quickstart with example usage page which is broken (404). I have searched through the existng adoc files in the github repository and coudn't find anything relating to it.

There is also a mention of it in the "Adding/removing Modules" section of the QuickStart page. Is this just a documentation issue or was there a different quickstart app which has now been retired?
