Reported from Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7, and Pixel 8, running Android 13. When you try to import a sound recorded by the system's Recorder app, you're not shown any files made by the Recorder. Sound files made by other apps, like Merlin and RecForge, do appear.
@tiwane - Looked into this - apparently in recent Recorder app versions, they added a bunch of capabilities, and as part of this - when you record, it no longer immediately creates a file, but rather a "project", which you can edit, label, transcribe, etc.
Only when you share it (e.g. by long pressing the file and choosing the share button), you can then either share it directly to iNat or save it to a file (which then you can find from the iNat app).
