From https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/unexpected-options-available-when-long-pressing-another-users-comment-identification-in-android-app/47610/ I can replicate in 1.30.4 (597).

If you go to an ID or comment made by another user and long press right here:

You'll see options like "withdraw" and "delete". Choosing those options doesn't seem to do anything, but it's a bit alarming to see.
