Seek observations not backed up in iOS

Describe the bug
Seek observation information is no longer being backed up in iOS.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make some observations in Seek on your iPhone.
2. Back up your iPhone.
3. Factory reset your iPhone.
4. Restore your phone from the last backup.
5. Your observaitons are not in Seek.

Expected behavior
I expect to see Seek observations that existed when I last backed up my device.

Tested a backup, factory reset, and restore on 2023-10-22. Seek observations were properly restored.
