Updating new string to transifex

Hi @timlinux and @rduivenvoorde

HOT will start to translating the document in transifex and based on the discussion when Tim in Jakarta, I will run the script to start translating in transifex. I have the workflow that Tim gave to me:

Based on those image, i run several script in order to get the new file added in configuration file in .tx folder. This is my steps:

1. create .transfexrc to store my username
2. delete general and roadmap folder in i18n folder (because there are no general and roadmap folder in /doc/source)
3. Run pre_translate.sh to generate new training material in i18n folder
4. Run create_transifex_resources.sh to register in .tx/config

From that steps, is there any missing step?
