We need to migrate services from kartoza4

Migrate services from Kartoza4 to new KVM for docker containers that HV is setting up. Add to ansible the setup and deployment of all services so that we can ensure they are running. Help to get backups services running for key sites e.g. blog, user map, realtime. See 1992 for full list of services that need to run on that host.
