Theming work from Maria needs to be applied from her fork or wherever she is keeping it to develop ready for integration into new site and a testing instance brought up at http://docs.inasafe.org

http://docs.inasafe.org is now redirecting to /en and showing Maria's develop branch.
Language switch is working

Probably should go to http://docs.inasafe.org/en/contents.html instead?

Am I just expecting too much or are those links on the new page to blog.inasafe.org non existent?

@rduivenvoorde and @MariaSolovyeva The links on the navbar should all be pointing to http://inasafe.org instead of blog.inasafe.org - once we have go-ahead from @Charlotte-Morgan we will be moving http://blogtest.inasafe.org to http://inasafe.org and then @mach0 I expect those links will work.

@rduivenvoorde also the fron page of docs.inasafe.org should be the documentation index and the current static front page can be removed.

For clarity on that second point - http://docs.inasafe.org should take you to this page: http://docs.inasafe.org/en/contents.html

I removed the road-map and general from source, renamed contents to index, point to index en fixed the menu-links
