InaSAFE pdf output still in 2.2 format

Problem

The pdf output name generated from script post_translate.sh is still InaSAFE 2.2 and also the header of this pdf still InaSAFE documentation, release 2.2.3. Maybe the problem comes from the script that still using InaSAFE 2.2 while the training material its already changed into recent InaSAFE & QGIS version.

Proposed Solution

Maybe the the script need some tweaks so its refer to InaSAFE 3.0 and QGIS 2.8

@adissadis there was a little git problem on test.inasafe.org - now it should show the latest state again with 3.0 ..
Is there already time to switch www.inasafe.org to this status too? (would mean merging of develop to master branch)

i don't know about time to switch www.inasafe.org to this status. Maybe @timlinux know about it?

honestly I don't think it should affect the pdf output - but I will take a look in the evening ..
test.inasafe.org should now reflect the 3.0 status
