Printing QR Code as Image

I am trying to print QR Code as image. Passed base64 string for a print. Its printing QR Code but only 10% of it. Also, could you please elaborate what exactly String commandHexString = "1D763000"; is for.

How to print QR Code from Bitmap?
I try the code decodeBitmap(Bitmap bmp) function, this printed on fully black QR code.

@zubinraja The code '1D763000' is coming from ESC/POS commands, If you download Star's datasheet for ESC/POS you can find it there. here I am sharing the pdf and screen shot.
