im-in.space is moving to a new server. Its name: Lucy.

Progress

• Get the new server
• Basic configuration
• Setup new backup

• Installation of dependencies
• Installation of Mastodon
• Copy of our .env
• First transfert of the attachments
• Stop the instance on the old server (Mastodon/Sidekiq/Streaming/Tor)
• Change DNS
• Dump the DB/Redis for transfert
• Transfert the DB/Redis to the new server
• Restore of the DB/Redis
• Start the install on the new server (Mastodon/Sidekiq/Streaming/Tor)
• Rebuild of the users' timelines
• Build of the Elasticsearch index
• Transfert of possible remaining attachments in the background
