I have not figured out why this happens.

Any idea?

Can I help in any way find a solution?

Hi, sorry this is coming late but what kind of device were you testing this with at the time?

  • iPhone?
  • iPad?
  • Laptop? For this case, what OS were you running?

Also what browser were you testing with?

I test the mov file with encoder Lavf60.4.101 not support by windows's browsers, but encoder version lower Lavf58.45.100 supported

So basically the issue occurred on a Windows machine? What browsers did you test with?
