Can we use library for a media player ?

can we use this component to create a media player as shown in following similar library:

Basically add video , audio , text files as tracks and create a seamless player .

What is like about this control is that it does'nt rely on react .

i dont want react which is why im leaning here.
i was just wondering if there was any demo with media tracks (video or audio) that start and stop and when the track timeline starts and finishes.
