The hanging indent of really long section names in the Table of Contents is inconsistent in all outputs.
In the text output, the hanging indent of the first-level section name aligns with the hanging indent of the second-level name, but it is correctly aligned in the HTML and PDF outputs. However, in the HTML and PDF outputs, the hanging text in the second- and third-level section names is not indented enough in the ToC. That is, it aligns under the section number rather than the section name text.
