Updating torrent (using torrt walk) downloads all files, even skipped from old version

I've added some tests and minor fixes to rpc-related code. Yet unable to reproduce in tests on my 2.94.

Please check whether torrent entry (torrents in ~/.torrt/config.json) for torrent with excluded files has params after walking.
