Login Issues with Microsoft Cognitive API #6

I have problems with this library to access the Microsoft Azure Speech API (End Point: https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/sts/v1.0)

In my resource group i have following keys available:

subscriber ID
API Key 1
API Key 2

I tried all combination of them for

api = pyoxford.speech("your_client_id", "your_client_secret")

but it always says:

401 Client Error: Access Denied for url: https://oxford-speech.cloudapp.net//token/issueToke
