QA - Errors on submitted data pages are not sorted to the top of list

Errors are not auto-sorted to appear as first instances of page.

For example:

Tab indicates errors are found but do not appear in first page. Have to skip to page three:

Argo Dev current state:

Note that because records are grouped by Donor, not ALL error records show in the first 20 results (because some donors have multiple records, some valid, some not valid)

However with Clinical changes we've insured that invalid donors are prioritized, so you do see Donors with errors first and will see more error results when the page size is expanded (screenshot #3 shows results when page size is 100 records)
