  3. Add window::Action::CursorGrab and mouse::Event::MouseMotion 

    Together they allow you to confine or lock the cursor,
and still recive mouse events.
Corresponds to `winit::window::CursorGrabMode` and
`winit::event::DeviceEvent::MouseMotion` respectively.
