Remove 'Data Science Experience' references

There are a few places in the README and code comments (the README in the python library in particular) where Data Science Experience is mentioned or listed in the title of a subsection. However, 'ibmos2spark' can operate on any spark instance that has the right drivers installed (at least as far as I know for swift2d). So, I think we need a review of the docs to ensure clarity and a complete description of the functionality of the library in all contexts.
