Cmake: Conflicting macro definition DEBUG of Soplex #503

Cyril,
La compilation suivante:
cmake .. -DLP_LIB=soplex -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug
make

échoue, visiblement à cause d'une macro DEBUG dans Soplex. Le truc classique :(
