Requesting permission to use this image in academic paper

As per the permissions from the here website, I have used this dataset for my academic research. In my paper, I need to show the location of VLDs in each city. Hence, I would like to request permission to use the following image. Tagging @chenkins, since they appear to be the creator of this specific image based on commit history.

Of, I have cited the paper as mentioned in the readMe; along with a link to this Github repository.
