I asked Vasundra Toure to make an SBGN diagram that included all the SBGN glyphs and was syntactically valid though not biologically meaningful. This diagram should allow a quick survey of the capabilities of an SBGN tool. Below is the SBGN-ML, a PNG from SBGN-ED, and the SBGNViz PNG.

Example

SBGN-ED PNG

SBGNViz Output

SBGNViz PNG

There are several issues.

  • Multimer glyph transparency
  • State variable label size
  • Multimer complex size
  • Association node is not black
  • Missing sub-map
  • Incorrect compartment label positioning
  • Size of arrows in relation to glyph size
  • Missing complex label

Hello, is there a plan to support submap?

@iseekwonderful Yes but we need proper port support from Cytoscape.js core first.
