again big thanks to @Pehrsons for helping me straighten out cubeb-coreaudio in a better way.

i suspect there are way less cycles being wasted on, effectively, 'nops' from overloading a single serial queue in the cubeb-coreaudio code because i didn't use dispatch_set_target in the coreaudio-sys-utils code.
