Will issues be resolved?

I asked this in one of the issue tickets: will anyone will be making updates to extra-vs-spells.lua to resolve the open issues around failed missions?

Looks like some good responses in each issue ticket, but not sure if anyone is owning actually making those changes to the posted lua file. Again, I'm not expecting anything; simply curious if I'd have to make my own changes.
