The axis events on the wayland backend in Hyprland always have a positive value equal to 15 (when not zero).
This seems to be caused by using https://wayland.app/protocols/wayland#wl_pointer:event:axis instead of https://wayland.app/protocols/wayland#wl_pointer:event:axis_value120 which provides "high-resolution scroll information" while the first one provides a "length of vector in surface-local" which I would expect to be >= 0.
