Rearranging panels in dolphin

When I try to rearrange the panels in dolphin the panels pop out as floating windows and dolphin does not see where they are when dropped. Is there anything I can do here to circumvent that so it works?

(needed a windowrule to keep focus on it to be able to move it with keybinds, but otherwise fine)
