$main_mod key's after affects

As the name suggest every time a use main mod key (which is super key or windows key) to switch mainly to other workspaces the effects remains and if i write some thing or press an alphabet key the functionality for the key and main mod key comes into play so i have to press escape or wait for some time to make to effects go away!

what is the solution for that.
