weird window behavior with logisim popup

Hi, im using logisim and i have 2 monitors, and for some reason when there is a popup from logisim it shows on the other monitor, its either that or showing at the corner,
I tried solving it using windowrules but it doesnt work on this popup, every other window rule i use is fine. right now I have disabled my laptop monitor in order to use it. but still how can I solve it?
