Hey, great work on this WM! Loving it so far
The one feature it's missing for me is the ability to manually set the split direction.
I use an ultrawide display, so rarely is the condition met where the window will split vertically. This is unfortunate because I like to set up my terminal under my code editor sometimes.

It would be awesome if this feature could be implemented
Thanks again!

Most of the development has switched over to Hyprland, and Hypr is left in a mostly bugfix-only state.

Why the development has switched? I mean very many people using xorg and not wayland

I'd argue for the contrary, knowing how major distros use Wayland by default now, but what is sure is that nobody is developing Xorg anymore. Its development has been dead for a while

Then I must switch to wayland maybe. Are there functions like split direction selection? But "first": A very intuitive tiling window manager. I think I will like it more then i3. The config is much clearer then i3 and so on...
