Hi! Just updated my packages and my scratchpad isn't working as intended anymore. My pyprland.toml is:
I do have exec-once pypr, and my scratchpad command bound to Previously the scratchpad would behave as intended, summoning and leaving as the keybind is triggered - however now, nothing at all happens when the keybind is triggered (spotify is running, and can be seen in the taskbar), and even when pypr is killed, spotify can no longer be found even though it is running (I assume as it is trapped in some 'scratchpad shadow' workspace). If either class match or process tracking are uncommented (as recommended by troubleshooting steps), then spotify does indeed summon correctly once the keybind is triggered, however it does not leave and remains until killed. Identical results are obtained throughout when running commands directly via terminal ( Once pypr has been run, spotify is then inaccessible for the rest of the session, as even when pypr/spotify are killed and only spotify is restarted, it opens (I am assuming) in a scratchpad workspace. Once the session is restarted with pypr disabled, then spotify is accessible and usable normally (thus it is likely not a wayland/hypr issue). I am aware some changes were made, I don't personally see any reason why my config should have broken, but I'm assuming I'm missing something - so just wanted to ask here before opening an issue! |

Hi - I want to use Pyprland in NixOS. What is the proper way of configuring it? I would like my configs to stay in the .nix file, if that's possible. I hope someone will help me. Thank you. |

goodafternoon ( at least for me it is :-)) I have a question regarding the use of scratchpads and layaout_center. I have both plugins enabled and the tab key mapped to layout_center next . Keymappings: bind = $mainMod,T,exec, pypr toggle tclock if i activate layout center with mainmod ctrl c and show the scratchpad tclock and subsequently press mainmod tab. the scratchpad is treated as one of the next windows and thus move to a tiling location ( and resized etc...) for me this somehow beats the purpose of scractchpads. i would expect it to stay in the same location. Due to the implementation of the scratchpads not being a special workplace i can understand this but still.... Is there a way around this or a better solution . or should they not be used together ?
