I am using exspy to estimate the thickness of my sample from the low-loss data using s_ll.estimate_thickness(threshold=4). However, I keep getting values that are significantly greater than one (e.g. between 9 and 12) when I know that my same is very thin (~ 10 nm). I have attached an example LL spectrum.
