Definition lists should not have a time selector #209

Pages that list definitions (with no histogram/graph component) should not have a time selector (last 24 hours, last 7 days, etc).

The following pages still have a time selector and should have it removed:

  • token pools
  • blockchain interfaces
  • blockchain APIs
  • blockchain listeners
  • offchain data
  • offchain batches
  • offchain groups

Not a definition type, but probably a special case that should also not be time-bound:

  • token balances
