The module is not detected after the firmware

Hello, I flashed this module on 3FE46398BGCB22. Now the module is not detected. For the firmware I used the Mellanox CX312B ConnectX-3 Pro network card. Before the firmware, the connection appeared after a few seconds after loading Windows, but now there is no connection on the network card or in Windows. There are options to fix it.
P.S. Is there an option to install the firmware as in the screenshot?

I was able to connect via UART. And the system boots in normal mode into both firmware slots. image0 and image1 are working. I can't figure out what's preventing the connection.
I have a couple more sticks, and when I tried to switch the boot from image0 to image1 without firmware, the same situation arose. The sticks no longer connect to the network card, but boot normally via UART. Switching to imahe0 doesn't help. There is no connection.

P.S. My mikrotik detects these sticks, but I haven’t figured out how to connect to them through the router.
