Bracket styles for multiple { markers in same token

Is it possible to style multiple bracket marked with a { signifier starting at the same token with different styles? I am trying the following:

It is interesting that currently for both phrases the bracket style of the second line is used (brack) but the color of the first line (red) is used for both brackets.

I was thinking about implementing this in iohumdrum.cpp in Verovio. My idea was that the first { signifier would be mapped to the first layout parameter options (dot:color=red) and the second ´{´ signifier to the second line with layout parameters (brack:color=blue).

However I don't know if this would be a good idea, because if I understand the implementation in Verovio correctly the current layout parameters will always apply for the lines after.

I do have a similar system set up for slurs already:

The n parameter is given a number for the nth slur within the token.

This would be done in iohumdrum.cpp, most likely by duplicating the system used for slurs, or possibly integrating phrase markers into the slur system.

Note that there are special tandem interpretations for ligatures and coloration:

So if the brackets have some important semantic meaning, special tags such as *lig/*Xlig could be implemented.
