htmlpreview could be the default link to display ipynb (notebooks) #122

Why htmlpreview is not the default link or conversion proposed from a github repository when exposing a notebook ?

https://github.com/PBrockmann/LSCE_notebooks/blob/main/pyvista-vtk_extracting_continents.ipynb
displays an html version of the notebook but without javascript running.
whereas
https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/PBrockmann/LSCE_notebooks/blob/main/pyvista-vtk_extracting_continents.html
displays the html with all interactivity as expected.
