Add more helpful tooltips to all filters

Currently the tooltips just say "Status", "Level" etc., which isn't really clear

Hi @Grimoors, Kilian is no longer maintaining this project. What he meant was that when you hover over some of the elements, the additional info that it gives is not very useful. I've attached a couple of examples below. It would be nice to expand the descriptions a bit. For example, instead of "alpha", it should say something more descriptive like "This tutorial is in early development. The material may not be complete and is not ready for prime time."
