Is it feasible to setup a MySQL server via Apptainer?

Some students may be working in an institutional machine without sudo privileges. Is it feasible to setup a server via Apptainer instance to follow up the exercises?

The suggestion above uses an older and privileged version of apptainer/singularity. I found a different example and used it in PR #39 that fixes this issue
