voice guide no sound

hi may i know is there a fix if i enable voice message TTS but there is no sound ?

Hi,

• To turn on the voice, use the command guide voice.
• Make sure the Toolbox is running as administrator.
• Open the Volume Mixer and check the Powershell process.
• Check if voice packs are installed on your system.
• Try disabling your antivirus.

hi i can't find powershell in volume mixer how can i fix that?

It is only shown when the guide voice is playing. You can use the voice test ("Test" button) in the menu by command guide gui.

set everything right but still no sound

i downloaded razer cortex in believe that it would help to optimize my gaming experience but somehow after that no sound in guide previously never had this issue.......and now i uninstalled razer cortexbut problem persists
