Dataset preparation

If you want to reproduce the results in the paper for benchmark evaluation and training, you will need to setup dataset.

MoNuSeg 2018

• Download the dataset from here

• Place the data in the data folder like

Glomeruli Dataset

Unfortunately, the glomeruli dataset is not publicly available. Please see MoNuSeg 2018 (above) for reference.
