[BUG] No spec for NonprofitMailer #1478

Currently there is no spec for the NonprofitMailer. This should be at spec/mailers/nonprofit_mailer_spec.rb. The following methods in NonprofitMailer should be reasonably well tested:

  • refund_notification
  • failed_recurring_donation
  • cancelled_recurring_donation
  • button_code
