User Able to Change Delivery Method or Cancel Order After Changes Are Saved #97

Steps to Reproduce -

Ensure that email configuration is set for the testing instance.
Open the BOPIS App and go to settings page.
Select the facility for which the store pickup orders are present.
Ensure all the reroute fulfillment options are enabled for the selected facility.
Open the order and reject it.
Open the reroute link from the mail.
Change the delivery method from Store Pickup to Shipping.
Add address and save it.
Reload the URL.
Attempt to change the delivery method or cancel the order after the changes have been saved.
Observe the issue.

Expected Behavior

Once the delivery method has been saved and confirmed, the user should not be able to change it or cancel the order.

Current Behavior

The user is still able to modify the delivery method or cancel the order even after the changes have been saved and confirmed.
