Changes:
- sync state transitions with the Marshaller's waiving for anatomically more plausible arm movements and smoother guidance for the final 6 meters
- the Marshaller no longer gets 4 arms when the stop position is overrun with a lateral offset
- the Marshaller no longer walks on water when you approach a floating dock with your float plane

Changes:
- better selection of stand to be activated (following the nose wheel and not the CG of the ACF)
- provide guidance signals earlier
- guidance command changed from displacement only to displacement, target position + acf heading, e.g. old: plane is left -> turn right, new: plane is somewhat left, nose is pointing way right -> turn left
- Marshaller provides steering commands until 6m instead of 12m
- VDGS azimuth display is now angular (+/- 10°) instead of displacement (+- 4m). Referenced point of acf is gradually shifting from main wheel to nose wheel as you approach the stand.
- new textures + day and night lighting
- acf_use_engine_running.txt: for planes not using the beacon datarefs in a standard way provide mechanism to use "engine running" instead of beacon.
